I’ve stayed here for every visit over the past 4 years my daughter has been a UW Madison student. Excellent location. I never need a car because they have a free shuttle and you can walk anywhere from the hotel. Staff is wonderful. Gym is great. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. I’ll miss staying there after graduation!

Booked a last minute reservation in the evening. Upon arriving I was met with the front desk employee (Sherry) who was extremely rude during the entire time while I was trying to check in. Very unprofessional and was using her personal cell phone. Tried to state my payment was declined and requested an additional payment without looking into my reservation. Wanted to dismiss me quickly only until another employee came and helped me. If this hotel wasn't a last resort, I would have booked elsewhere. Hotel itself is nice and room was comfortable. Shame about the employees.
